These are nice, of course,

These are nice, of course, but what to do when you experience a total crash? Post on their forum and hope there will be a right answer in the next 30 minutes? The thing there is with the enterprise solutions is that there is a 24/7 phone support. If we encounter a crash, we call them and they usually solve the problem in a matter of minutes.

How many of these open source projects offers the same? In the US? Perhaps some. In the Northern Europe? None. I say it again: None. As long a library doesn´t have a 5000€/month paid software engineer on their list, these can easily be forgotten.
