Convention Contrast

I have watched some of both conventions and I have made some very important observations.

The Republicans seem to have more attractive women in attendance.

The Democrats can dance much better than the Republicans.

Meg Whitman cannot clap her hands in time to music.

The guy dressed as Lincoln must have an agent to get that much air time on C-SPAN.

A lot of the Republicans look like uptight old men. I fit right in.

I saw my cousin on TV, but I'm not telling at which one.

If you want Republicans to shut up, start praying.

John McCain is so uncomfortable 100% of the time that even uncomfortable would say "Damn, that guy is really uncomfortable."

And there is a chance we could have the first hot vice-president since Elbridge Gerry. No, it's not Joe Biden.

I saw a shot of Obama and Biden together working a line and shaking hands and Biden was so tanned and sprayed the two of them were almost the same color and I felt a lot like I did back when I was taking drugs.

So I'd have to say I like the Democratic one better. But I usually watch them with the sound off.

conventions?

There were conventions? I guess I missed them. It would seem my ability to engage in self-abuse has been declining over the years.

Now, if I can keep from listening to election coverage over the next few months, I might actually be able to vote for the main steam candidate I currently support. If I start listening, I know they, or someone connected to them, will say something criminally stupid and I'll be forced to vote third party. Again.
