Anonymous Patron writes "An article out of the The Muskegon Chronicle where The Grand Haven, MI, school district's decision to cancel a visit by controversial author Chris Crutcher is an insult to students who were looking forward to his talk on bullying and tolerance, the high school librarian said today.
District administrators decided to cancel the March 10 visit by Crutcher, whose book of short stories was banned temporarily from Grand Rapids Public Schools and led to the suspension and re-assignment of a seventh-grade teacher, who read "Telephone Man" to her students."
