Hundreds of Texas documents missing

Anonymous Patron writes "Star-Telegram: The state of Texas wants its history back. Letters have gone missing: documents, receipts, correspondents between the famous and not so famous. The state archives commission says that the documents are official records and that they belong to the people of Texas."
