May not be available until Thursday

Thanks for the story. Unfortunately, as I was informed by a commenter, there appears to be a delay at Lulu in actually making a book generally available for sale, even after I've approved a proof copy. That delay is supposed to be no more than 24 to 48 hours, so the book should be purchasable by Thursday, January 17.

Meanwhile, I believe the CreateSpace version is already available, but probably not visible in Amazon yet... And this time, the CreateSpace version is also cream book paper (a new option at CreateSpace). Same price.
