Why are they going after Facebook and not the Scrabulous website as well?

Can't believe it took them this long

I've been wondering about this. It's sort of amazing that it has taken them this long to get around to a "cease and desist." Too bad, because keeping up with my Scrabulous moves is one of the things that keeps me logging into Facebook on a regular basis.
