Resist proposed cuts to Iowa's libraries

From DesMoinesRegister.com:

"Public libraries are pretty amazing places. You can pick up a movie, magazines, new music, books for the kids and a manual that tells how to fix the dripping faucet. Your bill: Zilch. . . . Of course, they're not really free. They require support from taxpayers, which is why [Iowa] Gov. Chet Culver's budget proposal to cut state funding to libraries 18 percent - more than $1.1 million - is disappointing."
