An appropriately clear-signed message sent via e-mail using the relevant PGP Public Key allows for giving the number to the current backup telephone line securely. As the backup telephone line is more limited than the previous Skype access, there is a per minute cost against the production team that was avoided prior. It is strongly advised to use an OpenPGP tool in conjunction with e-mail to contact the production team in lieu of calling.

Within the United States fax transmissions can be sent by printing the cover sheet and following the directions found there. Fax reception is made possible by drop.io. E-mails from around the planet can be sent to the LISTen team at the addresses shown on the relevant PGP Public Key. A brief discussion in PDF format is also available about how to use PGP in contacting LISTen.
