Information kiosks installed at some UK libraries

Not Much In The Way Of Details Here but, kiosks which provide a wealth of information on a range of topics have just been installed in three libraries. South Holland District Council, in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council, has installed three community information booths in libraries in Crowland, Holbeach and Donington, covering topics such as vacancies, transport, local councillors and local and county services. This information can be delivered electronically at the touch of a button.

Hmm

We had one of these kiosks for about 6 months on trial. In theory they're useful but only one or two people regularly used it and kids just tried to mess it up a lot. Would've been nice to have had it for longer, or to promote it in a different way.
