Big And Beautiful: Best Gift Books of 2009

The 11 Best Cookbooks Of 2009 -- They changed the name of the article to "The 10 Best Cookbooks Of 2009" because there were not eleven cookbooks listed but only ten.

Eleven?

The article on the eleven cookbooks. When I read the article I only see ten cookbooks mentioned. Am I missing one or did NPR miscount or is there something in the article that would cause them to list eleven when there is only ten?

The "Of" is capitalized because it is the title of an article.
