Heartland police say a man was using a public library to entice children. Actually it was the Wi-Fi connection at Omaha's main library.

... so the cops or anyone can probably monitor all users from out in the parking lot... in fact, we have quite a few people who sit in their cars all day long with computers; who knows what they do. either they're twittererering or they're terrorists.
