School Librarian Succeeds With School Recycling Grant Proposal

Television station KOAT in Albuquerque reports that Bernalillo Middle School received a ten thousand US dollar grant for recycling. The New Mexico school is using the program to teach students in a practical fashion about recycling. School librarian Frances Chavez wrote the successful grant proposal and worked with students to make the effort happen.

I glad the librarian succeeded even when the school is forcing her to recycle grant proposals. That's like a generic cover letter.

Or could be phrased as

nitpicking, I know, I know. But I got very excited at the idea of recycling schools and I'm bitter this article isn't about that ;).
