Something disturbing

It disturbs me that the US Department of Homeland Security and the FBI return my calls/inquiries/e-mails quicker than the ALA's press office. I think I am still waiting for a reply on a question related to ALA Annual 2008.

Really?

The ALA's press office employs more people than the DHS one. The DHS press office in DC has only four people and they return every call and inquiry. ALA's has, last time I looked, ten people working there. It isn't like the ALA has a disadvantage when it comes to staffing such.
