Here's A Great One for those of you teaching computers. "I’m sure the basics could fill a book, but here are a few to get you started. All of these are things that certain friends, family or coworkers, over the years, did *not* know. Clip, save and pass along to... well, you know who they are." The 1035 comments so far are more than a book.

WOW! I didn't know some of that information, and I use a computer about 3/4's of the day at work, and then again at night when I get home!

Missing Manuals series

I have one of David Pogue's books on my shelf from the Missing Manuals series. It is a very useful and quite valuable resource. It would be great if he put out a book on the basics following the Missing Manuals model. It would be a great niche to fill.
