The bigger question! What do Library staff wish that non-users knew about the library:
Libraries have DVDs and downloadable materials, Staff are not same as your 7th grade experience....
Top 20 suggestion
When patrons go to the movies or watch a TV show, and someone confidently strides up to a microfilm reader/printer, then whizzes through the reel of film and miraculously stops on the EXACT article they're looking for, I wish patrons knew that it just doesn't happen that way. Actually quite the opposite. Microfilm searching a labor-intensive, time-consuming, and painstaking type of research, which, of course, librarians know all too well!
